Every appointment is 1-hour long including one-on-one care with a doctor of physical therapy, where your goals, progress, concerns, and questions are discussed thoughtfully and intentionally.

Whether you are recovering from a surgery or injury, are struggling with chronic pain, are currently pregnant or have been pregnant, have recently had pelvic or abdominal surgery, are suffering from endometriosis or PCOS, or experience other pelvic floor dysfunction we can help you.

What is Physical Therapy?

Physical therapy care emphasizes the optimization of movement, function, and performance while decreasing and preventing pain and injury. The goal of PT is for you to achieve the highest level of movement possible to function and succeed in daily life, whether that means improving sports performance, tolerance to activities like standing or walking, helping you return to exercise safely, or being able to pick up and hold your little ones.

PT is a helpful treatment option if you have pain or limitation with activities you enjoy that may or may not be caused by an injury, accident, health condition, surgery, or by overuse, poor movement patterns, weakness of muscles that provide stability and protection of joints.

Your physical therapist will perform a thorough analysis of your movement, posture, strength, and mobility to identify areas of weakness, restriction, and potential sources of pain. You will be provided with exercises as well as alternative ways to perform daily activities such as sitting, standing, and functional movements to address these findings, reduce pain, and optimize your quality of life by improving the way you feel with everything you do.

Dr. Claire is a must see person for all those who are pregnant and postpartum. She’s personable, lovely, very thorough in her work - nothing about it seems generic but rather very intentional. I’ve been an athlete my life and find PT to typically be a waste of my time because my personal abilities are not generally taken into consideration, therefore the treatment is not impactful. I'm so lucky I found Dr. Wesylnne she has helped me SO much with my second pregnancy. Only wish I would have had her by my side during my first pregnancy. I started seeing her twice a week during the second trimester and now I’m almost at the finish line and I’m seeing her a few times a week. She has given me so much relief and my body the extra support it has needed. She knows what she is doing her many years of experience knowledge and training have been invaluable for my well-being. She can also do internal pelvic work which is a huge plus. I always leave feeling so much better after seeing her. She is so caring, a great listener, never rushes. I highly recommend her! Claire saved my life! I suffered from femoral nerve damage in childbirth and was sent home from the hospital with zero answers, unbearable pain, and was unable to walk. Chronic Back Pain
I have had knee problems all my life. After three ACL surgeries and lots of basic rehab I was still in constant pain with a lot of swelling and an awkward walk. Dr Claire has worked with me in every area. She given me specific exercises and stretches that really making a difference. She has helped me work on how I walk, which has helped a lot. Before, I thought was protecting my knee but was actually making it worse. She has this uncanny ability to find the exact spot that hurts and explains why and gives me the tools to recover and all with such care, concern and understanding. I cannot recommend her enough. She's the best and I have been to a lot of different therapists.

Knee Injury
Before I started working with Dr. Delcambre to relieve my neck and back pain, I was unable to do my job or exercise. As a performing musician, I need my body to be loose and pain-free to perform at the highest level, and for a while I thought the pain would never go away. Week after week, Dr. Delcambre helped me become aware of my body in ways I’d never been before. I got stronger in areas I didn’t realize were weak and slowly reintroduced my daily practice and exercise routine back into my life. Now I’m better than I’ve ever been. Back & Neck Injury
I started working with Claire when I was pregnant with twins, she helped me a ton with my symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) and we also chatted about a postpartum plan. Right after I was cleared by my OB (six weeks postpartum) I started working with Claire, thank goodness, as I had a very long and rough recovery from my C-section birth. Claire helped me with massaging my scar, so I wouldn't build up scar tissue, which is imperative for C-section recovery, and also with my pelvic floor. I had no idea my knee and lower back pain were because of my tight pelvic floor after carrying twins.
