Live life fully

All women are destined to experience menopause, and if you’re over the age of 55, you likely have. Menopause can be responsible for a lot of *super fun* physical changes, including disruptions to sleep, brain fog, night sweats, irritability etc. As if that’s not fun enough, women also experience vaginal dryness, pelvic pain, and vaginal atrophy, putting you at risk for incontinence, pain with sex, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, and infection.
This is where we come in.

Just because these symptoms are common, does not mean you need to live with them!

What can physical therapy do for you?

Your physical therapist will ask you about your symptoms and take meaningful time to learn about your medical history to best understand your experience and potential drivers of your symptoms. Along with assessing your movement, strength, mobility, and nerves, joints, ligaments, and tendons, your therapist can assess your pelvic floor to identify the right path forward for you.

Our PTs are experts in perimenopause and menopause and are here to support you through life changes and can help you stay strong and out of pain while helping you live the life you want!
